GENERAL:
- Europe/United Kingdom/USA/Australia treats drug trafficking and unauthorized consumption of drugs as offenses to be dealt with extreme severity. The death penalty is mandatory for those convicted of trafficking, manufacturing, importing, or exporting.
- Smoking & drinking are prohibited in public places, restaurants, hotels, etc. One may smoke only at specific areas marked for smoking.
- Spitting & Littering in public places is an offence in Europe, United Kingdom, the USA, and Australia
- Any misconduct or use of abusive language is dealt with strictly and is considered a serious offense in Europe / the United Kingdom / the USA / Australia.
Baggage limit for coach (1 baggage up to 20 kg per person with 1 handbag):
- DO NOT wear or carry Gold Jewelry and other costly items
- You may carry some ready-to-eat food in case your tour includes local meals. Keep them readily available in case upon arrival local authorities ask you to check (Please do not carry any food if you are travelling to Australia).
- You may carry pen, notepad, binoculars, mini press/iron, electric kettle, and tea bags Sugar/Milk sachets for tea, an umbrella, and sports shoes/slippers
- Please do not carry bulky baggage, as porter service is not free at most of the places in Europe / United Kingdom / USA / Australia or may not be available. Carry a trolley bag (bag with wheels) since porter service is not available in Europe / the United Kingdom / the USA / Australia.
Please carry a photocopy of your travel and identity documents:
along with their respective originals, such as passport, plane ticket (or e-ticket printout), rail pass or car-rental voucher, hotel vouchers, printout of your hotels' confirmation emails, driver's license, ID, and a couple of passport-size photographs of yours. Photocopies will help you get replacements more quickly if the originals are lost or stolen. Photocopies must be carried separately in your luggage, and keep the originals with you in a secured place. Also carry along with these documents a trip calendar to keep things up-to-date as your trip evolves. You may carry shorts/Bermuda (with pockets).
SMALL DAYPACK :A lightweight pack is great for carrying your sweater, camera, literature, and picnic goodies while you leave your large bag at the hotel or train station
ELECTRONICS CAMERA : Camera/iPod or other MP3 player; for each item, remember to bring a charger and/or extra batteries. (carry all costly gadgets at your risk)
ADAPTERS / VOLTAGE :Electrical outlets for Europe / United Kingdom / USA / Australia are different from ours. Please carry a universal plug/multiplug/adapter
(For the USA you may need an adapter and power converter. The standard voltage is 110 V and the standard frequency is 60 Hz.)
WATER BOTTLE : The plastic half-liter mineral water bottles sold throughout Europe / United Kingdom/the USA/Australia are reusable and works great. If you bring one from home, make sure it's empty before you go through airport security (fill it at a fountain once you're through).
Carry your alarm clock if you are not carrying mobile.
MEDICINE : medicine and vitamins. Keep medicine in original containers with Doctor’s prescriptions. Also carry a small first aid kit and a small Packet of Tissues.
INFLATABLE PILLOW : (or "neck rest"). For snoozing in planes, trains, and automobiles. Many travelers also wear an eye mask for blocking out light while resting.

- On certain days packed Lunches will be provided (If part of your package)
- Any damages caused to the Hotel rooms/coach during your stay shall be borne by the concerned passengers
- The company shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any damages, Loss of baggage, Loss injury, Loss accident, death, breakdown, or irregularity that may occur in carrying out tour arrangements due to weather conditions, strikes, war, quarantine, or any other cause whatsoever, and all such loss or expenses must be borne by the passengers.
- The tour manager and driver will do their best to get you as close the monuments as possible, because in some cities coaches are restricted.
- Everyone must carry walking shoes. Most of the historic cities or old cities have narrow roads and tours are conducted by walk, coaches cannot go in narrow road or due to pollution control rules vehicle are not allowed to go in some area to protect heritage buildings.In those cities lot of walk is involved. Few of the names of such cities are Rome, Pisa, Venice, and Spanish and British cities etc.
HOTEL:
- Europe / United Kingdom / USA / Australia Hotel room are not big in size
- Please check respective hotel website for more information
- Hotel might ask for refundable Security Deposit in Europe / United Kingdom / USA / Australia
- Passenger can upgrade to City Centre Hotel at additional cost before one week prior to Departure (Additional cost available on request and service)
- Europe / United Kingdom / USA / Australia Hotels do not provide free porterage services. If you desire to avail porter services, please pay at the bell desk or else, you may carry your luggage. Porterage rates vary from Hotel to Hotel.
- Most Hotels in Europe / United Kingdom / USA / Australia do not provide bottled water because the tap water in Europe / United Kingdom is safe to drink. If you still desire to drink bottled water, you may buy it at additional cost from market / hotel.
- Check-In time observed by most of the Hotels is from 1500hrs to 1600hrs and Check-Out time is before 1200 noon. Early Check-In and Late Checkout is subject to availability
- For most hotels, Internet Usage is Chargeable. Please check the rates with the Hotel Personnel before use, as rates vary from Hotel to Hotel.
- Mini Bar including water is chargeable in the room. [Please ask Hotel Officials for rules and charges at time of Check-In]
- Damaging of any Hotel equipment, fitting and fixture, carpet and other property during stay is billed at the time of Check-Out or during the course of stay.Cloth washing is not permitted in hotel.
- Most of Hotel provide Cold Breakfast
- We can arrange train option at extra cost for Europe & UK
- Adjoining room is not guaranteed.
TRANSPORTATION RULE IN EUROPE / UNITED KINGDOM / USA / AUSTRALIA:
- Please follow timing strictly as per the itinerary provided
- Please be present 10 minutes before the schedule time on the specified location. Vehicle will not wait for more than 10 minutes from the scheduled time and if the same is not availed, tourist will have to arrange transport at his own cost and own arrangement.
- Passenger can upgrade to private transfers at additional cost latest by one week prior to Departure (Additional cost available on request and).
- Eating and drinking and smoking in the bus is strictly prohibited.
- All passengers must help to keep the coach neat and clean. Rubbish/dirt should not be thrown inside the coach
- Coach only can run Maximum 9 hours. After every 4 and half hour the driver must rest for a minimum of 45 minutes. The break can be split up to 2 – 3 breaks of minimum 15 minutes per break.
- Night rest is 12 hours Minimum
- Pax must wear seat belts and not to move around in the coach
- Passengers must note that, if they want to spend extra time at any excursion place than the groups’ standard time then they will have to make their own arrangements at their costs and reach the next destination on time.
MEAL VOUCHER:
Please bring along the meal voucher given to you on your Free & Easy day, or else the restaurant may not serve you meals for want of a voucher.
CAUTION:
Heart patients, pregnant women, and persons suffering from physical problems need to be cautious while visiting theme parks, taking island tours, taking mountain tours, riding speedboats, doing water sport activities, taking long tours, or doing any stressful activity of whatsoever nature.
